It is a requirement of your Residential Tenancy Agreement that you issue 14 days notice of your intention to vacate the premises if you are on a fixed term lease.
When your lease has expired the notice required is 21 days.
In the event that you intend to vacate prior to the expiry date on your Residential Tenancy Agreement you will be in breach of your contract and charges will apply. Please contact your property manager personally to discuss the matter and clarify your obligations.
