What would we do without Paula? Paula is an integral part of the smooth operation of our business, the happy face you are greeted by when you come into our office. Paula is our Front Desk Receptionist who has a caring and personal attitude which shines through in her smile and approach to clients. Her innate ability to solve any query makes her the ideal person to take care of our Holiday Bookings as well which she does with great care and attention.

Paula grew up in Cornwall, England and has lived and worked in and around the Byron Shire for the past 23 years, the last 8 of which have been in Real Estate. A resident of Lennox Head she has great local knowledge and understands the needs of the community.

With her passion for customer service and helping people, Paula is delighted to be part of the Lois Buckett Real Estate team and is particularly connected with the Holiday Letting clients and placing people in the right accommodation to ensure a happy and fulfilling holiday.
